Greswolde Construction established in 1983 has recently strengthened the senior management team with two new Directors and is still a privately owned company and is well-established as a regional contractor carrying out prestigious new builds, refurbishment and fitting out projects.  Approximately 30% of turnover being design and build and approximately 50% of turnover for clients in the private sector. 

An excellent track record in a broad range of contracts has been secured as a result of bringing in projects on or ahead of time and within budget.  New Managing Director Perry Stewart states ‘Our success to date has been based on employing the best people working in a safe environment and taking care to meet and exceed our Clients requirements’.  This approach has led to the development of strong relationships with the professional teams of Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors resulting in many opportunities for repeat business from existing Clients and introduction to new ones.

Greswolde is an approved contractor for many Local Authorities as well as approved by Constructionline.

All the company’s workforce are required to hold the CSCS skills card and the company is CHAS accredited, and its commitment to the highest environmental standards has been recognised with ISO14001 certification.

The Company’s operating structure is based on extremely tight and coordinated Management control of Contracts by means of Project Groups.  These groups experienced and long serving staff are lead by a Project Manager and comprise, Site Manager, Buyer and Surveyor in order to provide our Clients with a complete service.  The success of this structure can be measured by the Company’s success in completing Contracts on or ahead of schedule and in Clients regularly placing repeat work.
